: Blood sample was collected from naturally brucellosis infected cattle, goats and sheep for disease diagnosis purpose. We followed World Organization for Animals Health (WOAH/OIE) territorial manual for blood sampling and serum sample handling during the experiment. Besides, National Veterinary Institute animal ethical committee was approved with reference number NVI /825/ concerns to the ethical standards in handling and blood sample collection from animals under study.
