: This article does not contain any studies with human or animal subjects. The plants of saffron (<i>Crocus sativus</i>) and the yarrow flower (<i>Achillea millefolium</i>) were purchased and identified by the Herbarium of the National Research Centre, Cairo, Egypt. The plant was collected from the Institution farm at a longitude of 30° 4’ 36”, a latitude of 30° 39’ 59”. Strubarry fruits (<i>Fragaria ananassa</i> cultivar Red Merlin) were purchased from local markets near Cairo governorate; the Longitude was 31° 24’ 22” and the latitude of 30° 12’ 86”.
