: The study was approved by the research ethics committee of the Health Science College of Assosa University, Ethiopia. The research ethical committee confirmed all methods and experimental protocols were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of Assosa University research guidelines.Initially, we explained the aim and study method to the respondents. We have given enough time prior to obtaining informed consent; potential participants were given adequate information about the research process by trained them. Thus, participants had sufficient time to consider the research and consult with illiterate respondents in the study. The illiterate participants agreed with filled the questioner consulting and guided or led by the educated respondents. The information provided by the respondent in this questionnaire was used for research purposes. It was not used in a manner that would allow identification of your individual responses. They were also insured that any information concerning them was never be used by anybody and confidentiality was ensured.In this investigation, we confirmed that informed consent was obtained from all subjects. For illiterate participants informed consent was obtained from their parents or Assosa Town abattoir administration office of all subjects. The respondent participation was completely voluntary and the right to withdraw from the study at any time without any implications to the researchers.
