: Not applicable as all collected clinical isolates were obtained without any direct contact with patients, which was hospitals-mediated. No specific approval or permission was sought from the hospital for the use of these clinical isolates. The clinical isolates were not specifically requested for prior investigation; rather, they were randomly available within the hospital setting. Those isolates were taken for research purposes before their disposal as biological hazards. As such, explicit approval for their use in this context was not necessary.
