: The plant material <i>Prunus avium</i> L. ‘Brooks’ used for the study was obtained from Guiyang City (106◦58′ E, 26◦82′), which was a demonstration base of Guizhou University, China. It does not require a special permit. The <i>Arabidopsis thaliana</i> (L.) Heynh Columbia was used in plant transgenic experiments to verify gene function and is not a protected species. The plant specimen was deposited in the New York Botanical Garden (Barcode 1365355). The <i>Arabidopsis</i> seeds were provided by our laboratory.
