: All methods were carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and local law: According to the German professional code for physicians §15 [1] [CitationRef removed] as well as the German Research Foundation’s code of conduct, ethics approval is necessary for studies in which the psychological or physical integrity of a human being is interfered with or in which bodily materials or data that can be attributed to a specific human being are used. However, this is not applicable to the survey reported in this manuscript, because participation did not interfere with the psychological or physical integrity of participants, no biomaterials were obtained, nor could participants be identified by the responses given in this completely anonymous survey. Thus, ethics approval or approval of a licensing committee or internal review board was not necessary. Participants took part in the survey voluntarily and were free to discontinue it at any time without giving a reason. All subjects consented to participate by submitting the survey, by which informed consent was obtained from all participants. Because all participants were legally competent and decided to participate themselves, the option of consent by legal guardians was not applicable.
