: The EurValve prospective programme was approved by the National Research Ethics Service (17/LO/0283) in the UK. Patients written informed consent was obtained. The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and the University of East Anglia approved the study for the Norwich cohort as an audit and observational retrospective study (2020/21–075).
