: According to Swedish legislation, the study does not require ethical approval since it does not contain sensitive personal data. For the parallel research project, from which interview and video data were used during the tool development process, the Swedish Ethical Review Authority stated that the project was exempt from ethical approval (Ref. 2019 − 00148). All participants in the parallel project who were interviewed and video-recorded gave written informed consent. Methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all the study participants for participation in the study.
