: This retrospective study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority in Stockholm, Sweden (Dnr 2020 − 00490) without informed consent from patients whose data have been registered in national quality registers. The motivation is using data from national registers is a common method for healthcare organizations and scientists to measure patient safety and quality of care. The need for informed consent was waived by Swedish Ethical Review Authority in Stockholm, Sweden due to retrospective nature of the study. The study ensured strict compliance with Swedish research ethics guidelines.
