: Parents who agreed to participate returned a signed informed consent form to the principal investigator. For parents with low literacy level and their children informed consent was obtained from a legally authorized representative. The study received ethical approval from the Human Research Ethics at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane – Australia (Approval No. 1800001141).
