: Approval by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Vanderbilt University was obtained prior to conducting any study procedures (IRB #170567 and #182185). The study was classified as expedited under the Revised Common Rule; therefore, obtaining informed consent was required by the ethics committee. The informed consent document included the purpose, ability to withdraw without consequences, along with costs and benefits. The study obtained informed consent from all research participants.
