: Lymphoma and Related Diseases Registry was approved and conducted conforming to the National Health and Medical Research Council Act 1992 and the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2007). All methods of recruitment and data collection were carried out in accordance with the study protocol approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) at Monash Health (National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia Reference Number: HREC/16/MonH/74) and the New Zealand Health and Disability Ethics Committees (HDEC) (reference: 2022 FULL 12203, 29 March 2022). The registry uses an opt-out consent model and waiver of consent for deceased patients as approved by the HREC at Monash Health and HDEC in New Zealand. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki)
