: Ethical approval for the initial studies underlying this work was provided by the Ethics Commission of University of Regensburg (ID 18-1205-101; study 1), Hannover Medical School (ID 8161_BO_K_2018_Extension2020; study 2a/b) and German Society of Psychology (MAW 112018; study 3). For the initial interview, focus group, and survey study, each project reported here obtained participants’ informed consent in written.
