: The case study used data from the Victorian Adolescent Health Cohort Study. Data collection protocols were approved by The Royal Children’s Hospital’s Ethics in Human Research Committee. Informed parental consent was obtained for each participant prior to entry. All the study protocols were performed in accordance to the Declaration of Helsinki.
