: The proposal of the study was reviewed and approved by the Ethical Committee of the Tübingen University Hospital and Faculty (No. 763/2015BO2 in 2015/16 and Addendum in 2018/19). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Potential participants were asked to give informed consent for the use of their completed questionnaire for research purposes – which means study participation, as well as anonymous publication – by ticking an extra “consent item” in the online questionnaire. One participant was excluded from the analyses because of failing to tick the “consent item”. However, the total study was carried out anonymously.
