: The study began after approval was granted by the ethics commission of the Heidelberg Medical Faculty (S-418/2020). The study has been entered in the German Clinical Trials Register under DRKS00022224. The research conducted in this study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. A written informed consent was obtained by the research team from all participants before taking part in the interviews. All participants were older than 18 years.
