: All procedures performed in the study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the Institutional Review Boards of the University de Montreal, Canada (No. 17–147-CERES-D) and the Cameroon National Ethics Committee (No. 2018061053 CE/CNERSH\SP), as well as with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.Participation in the study was voluntary. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. The interviewer obtained informed consent by a written signature from participants prior to each interview.
