: The National Health Data System (SNDS) is a set of strictly anonymous databases, comprising all mandatory national health insurance reimbursement data. No informed consent was required because data are anonymized. The need for written informed consent was waived by the a local ethics committee (GNEDS—Groupe Nantais d'Ethique dans le Domaine de la Santé) committee.
