This observational study used anonymized electronic health data from the AHON database. The data cannot be traced back to individual natural persons. In line with Dutch legislation (Dutch Civil Law, Article 7:458), ethics approval and informed consent are not deemed obligatory by the Medical Ethics Review Board of the University Medical Centre Groningen for studies using data from the AHON database (research registration number of the AHON database 202100077).
