: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences –Research Ethics Committee (MUHAS-REC-05–2022-1132), and permission to conduct the study was sought from the permanent secretary, of the ministry responsible for health in Tanzania. Before the commencement of data collection in a respective hospital, the study was introduced to the hospital administration with the documents, and permission was granted.
