: The quantitative and qualitative part of the project were approved by ethics committee of the Medical association Hamburg (No. W-054/20 and 2022-300270-WF). The interviews were also authorized by the workers’ council of University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf. All participants volunteered for an interview and signed an informed consent before. The data was pseudonymized for the analysis. Thus, all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
