: From 2014 to 2017, all 74 patients suspected of having pancreatobiliary tract malignancies underwent ERCP, combined cytology and radiology, and FISH tests. The cells used in the Fish test were left over from routine cytopathological examinations, and all samples were obtained after all patients had provided written informed consent. The Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Ethics Committee approved the study.
