This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (No.KET-1368/UN2.F1/ETIK/PPM.00.02/2019) and the Institutional Review Board of Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital (No.LB.02/221/0107/2020). The Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia waived the need for written consent as this was a retrospective study using the hospital database without any intervention to the patient. All data used is kept confidential.
