Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This work is not registered as a clinical trial due that is refers to different periods, with different approaches, during several years, and it is does not fit with the requirements.The Head of the Health Assistance Area of Grup Mutuam (Dr. J.Ballester) on which the Pharmacy Service depends, as well as the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and the Heads of the different physicians were informed of the activities developed by the pharmacists in the different periods covered by the manuscript considered that not ethical approval was necessary. It has to be taken into account that the activities described are within the scope of the everyday work of pharmacists in Grup Mutuam, are pharmacist’s competences and were not done directly to the patient.
