Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study procedure has been approved by the local ethics committee (EC Zurich Switzerland, EC number: 2015–0190) and conforms to the Declaration of Helsinki and the guidelines of Good Clinical Practice E6 (R1). No data was recorded before written informed consent was given by the participants. At the time of enrollment into the study, all participants were cognitively able to provide their own consent to participate as an exclusion criteria of this study was less than 22 points in the Mini Mental Status Examination.
