: Research in HUNT is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Regional Committee of Medical Research Ethics (REC), the Norwegian Data Inspectorate Authority and applicable law. REC (REC South-East D, reference number 2014/1248, dated 11.09.2014), the Norwegian Social Science Data Services (project number 40081), the Norwegian Data Inspectorate Authority (reference number 14/01248-2EOL, dated 22.01.2015) and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health have all approved the present study.
