Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical and governance approval were obtained from the Greater Manchester West Research Ethics Committee (REC reference: 17/NW/0582) and the UK Health Research Authority respectively. Written, informed consent was obtained from patient participants for rPATD administration and collection of demographic information. As no identifiable personal information was collected from caregivers, consent was implied through self-completion of the questionnaire pack.
