Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Health Research Authority, South-West Frenchay Research Ethics Committee (IRAS project ID: 215654, REC reference: 17/SW/0091) gave permission for the study and the consent procedures described in the study. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. To ensure each person had capacity to participate, the ethics committee gave permission for capacity to give informed consent to be assessed verbally at each meeting, in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act (2005). All participants gave informed consent for themselves. The research which is carried out with humans has been performed in compliance with the Helsinki Declaration (2013).
