Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The feasibility study received Ethical approval by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr: 2018/5:6). The 3 years intervention project received ethical approval by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr: 2019–01632). Additional approval will be sought from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority in case of any changes in the study. The changes will be updated on the trial registry (ISRCTN). All information related to study participants will be coded by a unique identifier number and stored in a secure password protected server at Karolinska Institute.Before initiating data collection and implementation of the intervention, a research investigator and/or HP will obtain written informed consent from the study participants, ensure that participation is voluntary, their right to withdraw from the study at any point and confidentiality of data.
