Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study has been approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Stockholm, D no. 2013/1659–31/2, 2015/1994–32 and 2016/1223–32 that align with the international <i>Act concerning the Ethical Review of Research Involving Humans</i> from 2008. All eligible staff were thoroughly informed about the confidential way in which data would be managed. Informed consent to collect and record the data was received verbally and tape-recorded [CitationRef removed]. The interviewers were also attentive to any non-verbal signs of unease among participants which may have indicated a wish to refrain from participation (which would have called for interruption of the interview) [CitationRef removed].This study and its content (including the intervention mentioned) comply with the national legislation of Sweden where the study was performed.
