Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study is conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki and obtained ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Behavioural and Empirical Cultural Studies of the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg, reference number 2018/1–2, on 10 January 2019. The Ethics Committee is advised of and will evaluate any substantive modifications to the protocol. The consent form will be sent to participants prior to enrolment in the trial. It will be signed at the first appointment at the study site. Additionally, a trained researcher will provide information about central aspects of the trial, including the course of the intervention, accompanying assessments, and data management. We will ensure that participants will accept their allocation to one of the two study groups regardless of any personal preference. There are no criteria for discontinuing or altering allocated interventions. Participants may end their participation at any time during the trial without incurring any disadvantages.
