: Each test site conducted the study in accordance with their national guidelines. The study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Norwegian Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK Nord reference 10015). Informed consent was collected from all care professionals prior to the interviews.
: All participants in the study consented to having pseudonymized personal data (age, gender, job title and years’ experience) published. Quotations from the interviews are not linked to a particular individual in order protect the participants’ anonymity.
