: Ethical approval was obtained (Swedish Ethical Review Authority Dnr. 2018: 732). The research was conducted according to the standards set by the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki, and the study was guided by the principles of good clinical practice [CitationRef removed]. An information letter was sent to the older individuals. A few days later, the older individuals received a telephone call in which the researcher gave them more information and requested oral consent for participation. Written informed consent was given at the time of the interview. A special information letter was sent to close relatives. All close relatives who were interviewed gave their verbal and written and informed consent to participate in a subsequent telephone conversation.
