: The Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty of the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg approved that no ethical concerns are raised with regard to the retrospective, anonymized data collection and analysis. Patient interests worthy of protection are not affected by the completely anonymized collection and analysis of the study data, and no further ethical approval is required for this retrospective study from data obtained for clinical purposes from routine care. The Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty of the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg waived the requirement for informed consent for the entirely anonymized data collection and data analysis of all patients.
