: Prior to the study, an ethics application was made to the regional Ethics Review Board in Uppsala, Sweden, and the Ethics Review Board approved the study (Dnr 2019–05538). The study followed the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed] and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) [CitationRef removed].The first author (KN) gave written and oral information about the study to the participants prior to their participation. Participants were informed that participation in the study was voluntary and that they could cancel their participation at any time without stating the reason. In the beginning of the interviews this information was repeated. Prior to data collection, all participants gave individually verbally and written consent to take part in the study. The written consent was sent to the first author (KN) via e-mail prior to the interviews. Information about and from the participants was handled in a confidential manner and material from the interviews was decoded to ensure that individual participants could not be identified.
