: We followed the ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects according to the Declaration of Helsinki and the World Medical Association [CitationRef removed]. Before the interviews the participants were given written as well as oral information about the study aim and how the results should be used. The participants were informed that they could finish their participation at any time without any explanations and were included after providing informed consent.
