Ethics approval and consent to participate
: In Hungary, researches in the field of medicine and human studies the ethical issues are regulated by the Govermental Decree of 235/2009. According to this Decree, surveys are extempt from formal ethical apprval. Therefore, formal ethical approval was not sought for this study. Physicians were approached personally and verbally, they were free to agree or decline to participate. If they agreed to participate, written consent was not requested in order to ensure anonymity.
