: Ethics approval not applicable. Post exposure prophylaxis with single dose of rifampicin is a routine strategy under National Leprosy Control Program (NLCP) of Indonesia. The study was conducted as a routine monitoring and evaluation activity of NLCP. A verbal consent was taken from all the participants, and from parents in case of minors.
