Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Approval for the current study was obtained from Tong ji medical College of Huazhong University of science and technology. The present analysis was based on a publicly available datasets that were collected for the LDHS 2014. The survey protocol in the primary data was reviewed and approved by the Lesotho Ministry of Health Research and Ethics Committee and the Institutional Review Board of ICF International. Data were collected according to a standard protocol of Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) and verbal consent was obtained from study participants before they were allowed to participate in the survey. Written consent was obtained from the parents or guardians of children under 16 years old and the datasets used in the primary data were completely anonymous with regard to participants’ identity.
