: This study received ethical clearance from the National Ethics Committee for Human Health Research (N°2016/09/810/CE/CNERSH/SP). After approval of the local administrative and traditional authorities, the objectives and schedules of the study were first explained to community leaders and to all eligible individuals. Written agreements were obtained from those who agree to participate, under the discretion of community leaders. The approval of parents or legal guardians of minors was necessary before any procedure. An individual barcode was attributed to each participant for anonymous data analysis.
