: This study program was approved as non-research by the Rwandan National Ethics Committee and the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) that funded service provision through PEPFAR. This program also met non-research criteria of the Emory Institutional Review Board. STI diagnosis and treatment were provided anonymously as free public health services. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
