: The Ethical Committee (EC) of the University Hospital of Liège (full name: Comité d'éthique Hospitalo-Facultaire Universitaire de Liège), Belgium, approved the study protocol (ref 2021/72). Patients were informed of data collection by their treating physician and patients could object to further collection of clinical data according to an opt-out procedure. All patients included were assigned unique identification numbers to anonymize the data and protect confidentiality. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
