: The project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculdade de Medicina at the Universidade de Brasília (C.A.A.E 72432117.1.0000.5558 on 10/26/2017), which granted permission for use of the identified data for the purposes of the study and waived the need for written informed consent from participants as the study was based on secondary data and involved no more than minimal risk. All patients had an identification number, and to protect patients’ confidentiality, only one principal investigator had access to both identified and de-identified codes.
