: The study was approved by the Kantonale Ethikkommission Zürich, the responsible ethics commission of the canton Zurich, Switzerland (BASEC No 2020-01247). ISRCTN Registry: ExternalRef removed. The subjects of the study were provided informed consent (included in submission) prior to their participation in the study and written, informed consent was obtained for all participants. This cohort study has been deemed a “Category A” research project according to HRO Art. 7, as the planned data collection entails only minimal risks and burden to patients.
