: We obtained ethical approvals from Armauer Hansen Research Institute/All Africa Leprosy and Tuberculosis Rehabilitation and Training Center (ALERT Center) Hospital Ethical Review Committee (PO/32/20), Gondar University Institutional Review Board (V/P/RCS/05/00/2020) and Arsi University College of Health Sciences Institutional Review Board (A/U/H/S/C/20/6155/2C while written permissions were obtained from, Hawassa University and Haromaya University.
