: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee at the National School of Public Health at Universidad de Antioquia (Act 156 of 6th December of 2016) and by the National Bioethics Council at the Ministry of Public Health of the Dominican Republic (Session of 17th January of 2017 and ratified its first amendment on 20th June of 2017). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations from Dominican Republic and Colombia. Informed consent was designed and applied in agreement with the Helsinki declaration, Nuremberg code, Law 100 from Colombia, and Law 42-01 from the Dominican Republic.
