: The following information was extracted retrospectively from the electronic health records of patients from which the blood cultures were obtained: antibiotic susceptibility, age, type of infection, medical comorbidities, travel history, and community vs. hospital acquisition of the <i>K. pneumoniae</i> infection (i.e., onset prior to or after 48 h of hospitalization). All data were collected as part of routine clinical care, and all samples and data were de-identified to protect patient confidentiality.
