: Ethical approval was obtained from Wolkite University Ethical Review Board Committee granted number RCSUILC/042/2013 E.C. By explaining the objectives of the study and its significance, relevant permission was obtained from the responsible bodies of the zone, the selected town administration, and also their respective kebeles. The purpose of the study was explained at the individual level. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Verbal and written informed consent were obtained from all respondents before they participated in the study. Furthermore, legally authorized representatives of cannot read and write respondents provided informed consent for the study<b><i>.</i></b> Reasonable physical distancing was kept between the interviewer and interviewee while data collection and also, we should minimize the potential risk at the time of the study.
