: Physician data was collected via Medefield, a global physician panel powered by their LiMA (Leaders in Medicine Atlas) offering. A statement of informed consent was provided during pre-screening and respondents were informed of their rights under general data protection regulation and other national, regional and local laws pertaining to privacy and data protection. This study complied with all applicable laws regarding subject privacy and all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (e.g., Declaration of Helsinki). No direct subject contact or primary collection of individual human subject data occurred. Ethical approval of the protocol, consent forms and survey was granted by Western Institutional Review Board-Copernicus Group (WCG) Institutional Review Board (IRB) (Puyallup, WA, USA; IRB tracking number: 20203712).
