: According to current French regulation the reuse of data falls under the research that does not implicate human persons (RNIPH) and the méthodologie de reference MR004 in compliance with the European General Regulation for Data Protection. All those included in the FHDH give informed consent for the use of their anonymized data and for the publication of anonymized results. The COREVIH Guyane is the structure that coordinates HIV prevention and care and is mandated to collect and analyze the French Guiana hospital cohort data and transmits reports to the French ministry of Health. As in other French regions, the French Guiana hospital cohort data is merged in a National database. This national cohort has been approved by the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) (27th of November 1991, subsequently updated March 30th 2021.) and published in the Journal Officiel on January 17th 1992 (JORF n° 0014 17/01/1992 )and has led to over 400 international publications. The ANRS-CO4-FHDH cohort was approved in 2008 by the CEREES (Comité d’Expertise pour les Recherches, les Études et les Évaluations dans le domaine de la Santé).
